mechanisms whereby paternal environmental exposures result in adverse reproductive

will join a growing stem cell research group focused on aspects of stem cell
biology, tissue engineering and regeneration in humans, nonhuman primates and

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The successful applicant will have a Doctoral degree
(Ph.D., M.D. or equivalent) in Biology or a related discipline. Applicants at
the Assistant Professor level will require relevant postdoctoral experience and

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
The incumbent serves as the Amerita Chief Food Technology Officer working Laboratory in Tianjin TEDA, under the direction and guidance of the Amerita Manager General. analyze health-related policy documents (especially those relating to food safety) and publications, to prepare reports and provide information for U.S. agencies and scientists to assist in cooperative work.
Education:
* A US Master’s Degree (or higher) in a food or biological science is required.
Experience:
The incumbent should have very strong food inspection practice experience and be very familiar to the following inspection processes based on FDA regulations:
• 1. Inspection Samples of all to deal with process,
2. Physical and Chemical Analysis testing, chemical analysis testing, microbiological analysis inspection
3. Inorganic analysis, post analysis, atomic absorption techniques
4. Have full knowledge and master of the following tests:
- Pesticide residues
- Veterinary drug residues
- All kinds of food additives
- Heavy metal Inspection.
5. Have full knowledge and master of variety of Inspection methods
6. Have full knowledge and master of variety of testing instruments
7. Have full knowledge and master of the FDA and other certification system of recognition and certification process
• A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible work experience in a food Laboratory, food-related field, with demonstrated experience working with government public health and scientific officials is required. Within these ten years, at least five years' experience should be in one of the FDA (or USDA)-regulated food product areas, two years of experience should be in FDA (or USDA) regulations managerial positions. Demonstrated aptitude (practical and/or theoretical) in risk assessment and risk management in the area of regulated product safety and quality programs is required. Experience and knowledge of GMP/GLP and HACCP are preferred.
Knowledge:
• The incumbent must have an advanced, highly detailed knowledge of regulatory and technical aspects of consumer protection, public health policy and regulated food product safety and quality program issues in China, including administrative, operational and financial systems of the relevant government.
Abilities and skills:
• Must be able to work creatively and independently with regulatory officials in various areas of concern, including current safety problems, best manufacturing practices, and risk management. Must demonstrate ability to provide guidance regarding a wide portfolio of FDA-related activities, including regulatory regimes; capacity building; third-party certification; host country's registration of firms and certification of products. Incumbent should have up-to-date professional certifications in their profession (e.g., licensure or certifications in food-sciences, bio-technology-related).
The salary is very competitive and commensurate with experience.

Corporate Risk International (CRI), based in Reston, VA, specializes in all aspects of corporate security consulting, to include crisis response, hostage negotiation, sensitive and complex due diligence inquiries, intellectual property investigations, risk assessments, physical and information technology security surveys, executive protection, and crisis management planning. Our clients are comprised of Fortune 500 companies, including top investment banks, accounting firms, law firms and insurance companies. Since its founding in 1991, CRI’s due diligence program has evolved into an operation that is global in scope and that has the capability to conduct complex and comprehensive inquiries and research into companies and individuals from all backgrounds around the world.
We are currently seeking part-time research analysts and full-time case / project managers to join our due diligence department. Candidates with written and reading fluency in the following languages are highly desirable: Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese or any eastern European language.
Research Analysts
Description
CRI Research Analysts help case and project managers conduct extensive Internet-based research regarding both companies and individuals. Analysts gather information that will enable CRI clients to form an assessment of the status, legitimacy, general background and overall reputation of a given subject company and its main principals. Depending upon privacy laws and regulations, analysts’ inquiries include checks of criminal/civil litigation and bankruptcy records; extensive review and analysis of local news/media; and checks of applicable government / regulatory and consumer-interest agencies. Information gathered is reviewed and analyzed extensively, and then compiled into an Interim Report, when necessary, and a final written Summary Report.
Requirements
• Undergraduate / graduate student at an accredited four-year university, preferably majoring in International Studies, International Security, Political Science, or related field
• Strong analytical skills, to include the ability to analyze and assess legal and business documents
• Strong writing skills, to include the ability to quickly and effectively summarize lengthy documents using grammatically correct English
• Extensive and creative Internet research skills / experience
• Ability to multi-task and to juggle numerous projects/cases on various topics at the same time
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Extreme attention to detail
• Fluency (especially written and reading) in a foreign language highly desired
• Experience in an office/professional environment preferred
• Ability to work at least 20-25 hours per week
Case / Project Manager
Description
Case/Project managers conduct extensive Internet-based research, as well as work with private investigators and data-retrieval companies, to handle various due diligence inquiries regarding both companies and individuals. Managers gather information that will enable CRI clients to form an assessment of the status, legitimacy, general background and overall reputation of a given subject company and its main principals. Depending upon privacy laws and regulations, managers’ inquiries include checks of criminal/civil litigation and bankruptcy records; extensive review and analysis of local news/media; checks of applicable government / regulatory and consumer-interest agencies; and contact with any special or knowledgeable sources regarding general business reputation or any past, present or potential issues. Information gathered is reviewed and analyzed extensively, and then compiled into an Interim Report, when necessary, and a final written Summary Report.
Requirements
• BS/BA degree from accredited college (Master’s degree also acceptable), preferably majoring in International Studies, International Security, Political Science, or related field
• Strong analytical skills, to include the ability to analyze legal and business documents
